Never a problem for me. When I had a Sunday emergency years ago they were there ... and I've been going ever since. I recently had to spent time having no fewer than eight tiny cavities done at once. Dr. Lawrence Lizzack did his work so precisely, that not only was the Novocain wearing off just as he finished, but that night and the next day I had no pain whatsoever. None.
